This was a team project with Anabel Lamprecht. Together we wrote our final thesis about the Kimono and its connection with the Geisha. Each of us created a collection to the theme and sewed one of the Kimonos from the collection.

We also painted the Kimonos by hand.

The Kimonos we created aren't traditional but inspired by them.

We used see through fabric to showcase more of the body.

The collection is supposed to empower women and give them more confidence.
